Ian, we have an abundance of herbs: sage, dill, parsley, rosemary, basil...what's the best way to dry these herbs?

Sometimes we freeze herbs too - Ian do you have some tips on that method as well?

@The-Busy-Bee: yes, I've recently seen some great ways to do this...freezing in olive oil...I've always done pesto cubes....but I like the idea of preserving more herbs...so thanks!
