One of the world's oldest crops, grown in Asia for thousands of years where it is a staple protein source. Sow after frost in full sun,1-2 inches deep, allowing at least 6 inches between plants. Harvest young beans for fresh eating, or allow to dry and thresh for dried soybeans.
