Also known as Mustard Cress, Pepper Cress or Peppergrass.
Garden Cress is an easy, quick salad green ready in just two weeks. Beware though as it's delicious, peppery flavor becomes unpalatably bitter when the weather is hot.

Broadcast seed over a small area -1 to 2 square feet, or 30 - 60 square cm will be ample of this flavorful little salad green. Start as soon as the soil is workable and continue biweekly until the weather becomes warm, starting up again when it cools down again in late summer or the fall. Cress will intercrop well with other salad greens or root crops such as carrot or radish. Keep well watered and protect from hot sun. A covering row fabric can help with pests such as flea beetles.
