These shallot-like onions are also referred to as multiplier onions thanks to the formation of baby bulblets on the stalks that can be plants to form new plants.
- Moderately difficult
Plants will self seed. Remove bulblets on stalk and plant out in summer. Mother plants should also be divided every few years.
