ëBlue Reflections is a hybrid mat-forming veronica that grows to only 4î tall. Small erect axillary clusters of blue flowers appear above the foliage in late spring. Tiny, oval, green leaves. Reportedly a cross between V. pectinata and V. liwanensis.
