We just moved to this house in late May. Nothing has been done with the yard in years, so I'm basically starting from scratch. I want to keep the fence, but need to raise the ground level inside it, so I'm adding horizontal boards to the inside bottom. At the back of the yard the hillside is being dug out to widen the path and make room for a retaining wall. The remodeling of the house and the hot humid days have kept me from doing much in the yard as of yet. But, I did transplant a few tomatoes, basil, zucchini, and cucumber.
