Keep in mind, this was built from scratch, only 4 foot X 8 foot to weed, and very early in the season. It's a new way to garden for me, "square foot gardening", thus the strings to help know how many plants to plant in how much (1 foot square) space. this allows for great variety of plants in a very small space. Lack of weeds due to newly plotted soil.
