I'd say they are a little too old. Keep them around awhile longer and they may be worth something.

Jentheo replied 1 day ago
I like the look of them.
JMTKMS replied about 9 hours ago
I like them too.  I love the old antique jars.  I see them on E-Bay all the time, for  a lot of money but it is never the jar I have....  Story of my life.  :) ;)

I worked in the low garden today plowing up weeds with the hand plow. Then yoga and installing new phones. Hope you all had a great day!
JMTKMS replied 4 days ago
Weeding is certainly on my agenda today.  And installing phones.... I wish that was on my list too.  I keep saying I am going to get a new one.... but, maybe later.  :)  Hope your day goes well..  :) :)

Nice! You've out done me on the cabbage. I've never had any this late in the spring.
JMTKMS replied 6 days ago
These are wonderful. I have never gotten to eat cabbage from my garden.  If it grows, it always seems that the bugs get it.  I am hopeful this year, but time will tell.

So I'm totally new to this, and would love some help. So you put the cucumbers in the jar, soak them over night in lime juice and then what? Is it just vinegar and spices then put them cucumbers in the jar... (more)

gailsgarden replied 7 days ago

These make good pickles?  I thought they were mostly "eating" cucumbers.  Do you make sweet pickles?

SweetDomesticity replied 7 days ago
I just planted the edamame seeds I saved from last year's crop on Saturday; I'm anxious to see how they grow... and even more anxious to have fresh edamame again!
JMTKMS replied 7 days ago
I planted them for the first time this year, just hoping they grow well.  I planted them for my daughter, as she loves them!
