I just saw these in a catalog.  How do they taste in comparison to other green beans?  How did your chef prepare them?

They tasted the same he cooked them with just a little olive oil and stir fired for just a few min

Oh they are easier to pick that the usual green bean.  1=4 ...less time picking.
