Purslane - Green I grew some of this last year.
It tasted great and is supposed to help with high cholesterol. I added it to a
mixture of watercress and spinach. It was yummy. I will grow more. It makes a
lot of seeds…you may want to think about where to plant so it does not spread
to other unwanted places. I have not had that problem, but I have gathered a
bunch of seeds. If you are a starting gardener this is a great choice. .
I forgot to say it is with some tomato plants. I have done a good job of crowding things in the past. I hope to do better this year, but no promises! :)
