Looks tasty!  Too bad that I don't have room to grow squash...perhaps I can pick up some flowers at a farmers market this summer.  We'll be expecting more recipes from your son the chef!

I just love fried squash blossoms.  They are very delicious!  I have a hard time leaving any blossoms on the plant because I'm constantly picking them to fry up.
