What do you like to use your Anaheim peppers for?

@Jentheo: I use them for salsa but this is the first year that I've grown them - I like my salsa hotter but most of family & friends do not.

@Jentheo: I love them in two main things...Green enchiladas and chili renos
They are also fun in salsa to add just a little differen....  When they get red and dried you can make a lovely chili powder.

@vanna516:  Funny!  I have several tomatoes I will add if they make it...and a couple of peppers.

Love 'em stuffed with rice and cheese.  They're also great in a pork stew, like a posole.  Oh, man, I'm hungry now.
