These make good pickles?  I thought they were mostly "eating" cucumbers.  Do you make sweet pickles?

@JMTKMS:  They are great eating pickles.  They also were good last year as sliced pickles.  We usually make polish style pickles.  We don't really like sweets that much so we don't usually make sweet pickles.  Although we are getting so many cucumbers this year we might experiment...  It is sad that we don't like sweets because the chef can really make beautiful cakes and pies.
