@SweetDomesticity...:  I just washed them an threw them in a chicken and rice cassrole.  I just tested it ...it turned out yummy.

@JMTKMS: I was happy that it turned out well ...it was my husbands 64th birthday!  He ate a couple of helpings.  :)  With Adrian, the chef, gone this week we have had to cook.  I am glad we still remember how to do it.

@Clenram:  I think we would love to have a "Chef" in the house.  Sometimes I feel like I get in a rut and make the same dinner every night, just slightly different.  Then there is always spaghetti!  Family favorite, but we eat it just a bit to often for me.  Dinners do get more exciting as summer and fall get here.  It is much more fun to cook, when you can go pick it from the garden.

@JMTKMS:  I agree about the garden...I made a wonderful salad with the cucumbers I picked from the garden.  I sure am missing my spinach that lasted all winter.  But the cucumbers were great!

@Clenram:  My new spinach has little holes in it. Sure hope the critters move on.  I really want to be able to make salad soon.
