Mostly spent time pulling weeds and then pulling out some kale and lettuce mixture that we don't eat and most had bolted.  Making room for the artichoke and eggplant babies.

Wow! You are so far ahead in the garden season then I am. Although I would not trade for sandy soil, I would LOVE to have an early Spring, warm yet dry & cool enough to get out & play. Even weeding sounds good.

I am still having trouble with my Iphone4 camera.  I have used it with to post all of my pictures so far.  Now all my pictures have a blur on the right side. :( or it wont focus. :(  I think... more »

When I start posting what I have planted I am surprised. I am also suprised about how long it says things will take to grow. I would say our vegetables take a lot longer to grow here. It may have been because of the drought last year. I guess we will

I think you are right about that. Temperature and moisture have a lot to do with the growth rate. Some plants need all the heat they can get and others shut down in the heat
