Beautiful photos!  I envy your ability to grow artichokes and apricots - two of my favorites!  I am curious as to any major challenges that you have encountered with growing so many varieties of edibles.

It looks you have mulched the garden with...straw? and saved a lot of weeding, maybe watering too.
