I live on a rental property where the landlords are graciously letting me build a garden in the backyard. I'm slowly converting areas from lawn to garden using permaculture techniques.

Everything is growing.... the peas are about a foot tall, the romanesco has finally put on a couple pair of leaves.... wish it would warm up out of the 50's.

looks like the lettuce made it through the rain and frost and is coming up! The romanesco looks good, too. A little worried about the radishes, they should be growing more... used the same seeds from last year that didn't do well. thinking about getting a

dang, it's been pouring buckets since I planted the early spring seeds! hope they didn't get swamped out. The things in the cold frame are ok.
