When I lived in Marin County, I knee a beekeeper. When I lived in Harrisburg, I met a man who did the same, his name; he had a stand at the annual agricultural fair. They had wonderful honey icecream. You have the coolest site.
I think it would be a great thing if every person in our society could say that they had a friend who served them honey ice cream. :) BTW - I would love to here more stories about the gardening tradition in the Marini family!
