| Queen of Green, can you share with me what you use it for? Baker Creek sent them to me as part of the Grow it Forward project, so I am completely unfamilar with it! |

| I had these seeds left over from last year. We got tiny seedlings and they died off. Trying to see if they are still viable this year but so far nothing, and I planted them several weeks ago. Mar 28, 2012 | |||||

My sweet old bitty neighbor shared with me an heirloom tomato that she and her husband have been growing for the past 30 years. They call it the "Elva". It's a tomato that grows to look somewhat pepper shaped. What is the really name for it? I want to

| I tried broccoli last year and it didn't grow well for me, I never got a head out of it!! It grew very tall and no head. I think I planted it too late in the season and the heat got to it. If you have any suggestions let me know! |

My garden really began in the summer of 2011. I had been reading about gardening organically and using heirlooms. I was desperate to have some sort of control over what I was eatting and feeding to my family. So my search for organic seed was off! Very quickly I realized what the hype was about gardening...ordering seeds must be just like picking out your next designer drug, because I hooked and no form of rehab was going to help! My husband and I nailed together 4x4 foot garden beds and composted directly in them during the fall of 2010 and into the spring of 2011, following the advice of Ruth Stout. ...
