Gardening since 1984

Self-proclaimed gardening addict wanting to share with others similarly afflicted.

As a Master Gardener and former restaurant owner, I love everything about gardening- from the planning to the processing.

Married to my childhood sweetheart (a Chef, naturally) for well over 30 years, and proud to have 3 great kids- technically they're not kids anymore.

New to the blogosphere, I've been having a great time sharing my addiction to over 20,000 readers. When I can't garden, and well- even when I can, I write about it.

I think it would be nice to stay in touch after this is over...unless they leave the site up ..

@mainegarden: I agree! I expect they will be leaving the gardens as they are, just taking away the contest stuff. I hope to watch some warmer climate gardens over the winter, just as a 'gardening fix' why the snow flies.

I like your Garden, the ladies and esp. your sense of humor ..... I think in gardening, you almost have to have one don't you?

@mainegarden: You're right- if you took gardening too seriously, you'd never be happy...and isn't that the whole point? Thank you for the kind words, GJ

I am also FOLLOWING your Garden!!!
As a fair contestant in this little contest, it would  mean a lot to me if I were to
