Dwarf 'Miss Kim' Lilac is in full bloom. Makes the shrub look chubby. giant alliums (ornamental onions) are full size with purple spheres of bloom atop green pylons. They're already starting to make seeds. I hate to do it but I'm going to cut off the spent flowers soon. They still look good and will keep looking good for three weeks but I don't want the seeds to spread around the garden. Learned my lesson last year.
