So beautiful.  What a large tree, My mom had a small one and I remember just loving it.  Wish I had one here.  You are very lucky :)

@JMTKMS:It is getting big.  However, there are quite a few in our neighborhood that are much larger.  This one is on the N side of the house and is quite slow growing, but hardy and healthy which is all I can ask for!
