Tomatoes, eggplant, peppers plantains, bananas, mangoes, papaya, anona ,avocados, limes ,yucca.and herbs. What we don't eat fresh we can. Started this garden back in 2005. Began with just a few plants from the local garden center. I was very disappointed with the results and since then I grow everything from seed. I built a small greenhouse a few years ago and then I built the trellis, added shade cloth 2 years ago as the heat here is intense. This year I am adding a plastic roof because late season storms soaked my crop and I had a lot of cracking.I'll add more photos when the roof is done.
