I was very unsure if this would count as full flowering or end of flowering.  But, I believe it is "end", as the flowers are withered enough that they hardly look like the real flower.  I will have to try to get better pictures in the future.  I am surprised what a short time the flowers lasted, but would not doubt that the constant winds could have something to do with it.
