Designed and manufactured in the USA one of my favorite features

@RoriTx:  You betcha!  I bet that was a selling point for my dad too!  :)

It looks as sturdy as i thought it would
JMTKMS replied about 1 year ago
Sure seems sturdy, but then I have never see a light weight pressure cooker.  My dad use to make popcorn on the stove in the pressure cooker pan (he did not pressure cook it).  I can remember trying to lift it to wash it, and it was "way" heavy for me... but I was probably 10 years old.

I like my popcorn on the stove a whole lot better than a microvave

@RoriTx:  Me too!  And, in my opinion, my dad made the best!  We were not allowed to have butter on it in the living room, but with dads popcorn we did not need butter.  He always said the pressure cooker pan worked best because it was so heavy and it made the heat even.  He wore out 1 -2 burners on the stove, tho, cause the pan was so heavy and he would shake it as it popped.  :)  Memories!

have you tried using this yet?  i'm really curious as to how you like it.
JMTKMS replied 11 months ago
I have not, yet.  I was going to use it on the beets, but we ate to many of them.  I am still waiting to get a big enough harvest of something, that I could fill enough jars to make it worth it.  It will be soon tho, the carrots and the green beans are starting to really take off.

i trust you did all your reading on it?  i would still like to be able to talk to you after you use it.  i don't want another midnight phone call.
JMTKMS replied 11 months ago
Yes, I have read away and I keep reading.  I feel confident that if I have any questions that I could ask Rori (East Texas) and she would be helpful.  I know it will just take a few times, to get use to it.

well good:)  i'm glad you have someone to talk to about it

I am getting ready to give it a shot... probably first part of next week.  Fathers day today, wouldn't want to blow up on Dad's Day.  :)
tieramaza replied 11 months ago
that's very considerate of you!
JMTKMS replied 11 months ago
Yes, I think so too.  :) :) :)
