Don't ask my 15 year old daughter, not to mention names (Morissa), what happened to our Microwave.  But, you can ask me, and I will smile and tell you she had a brain fart and put a METAL pan in it.  Well, that did not do well with the microwave, and before we could get it turned off, the metal handle to the pan melted a hole in the door.       Now, she really feels bad, and we all teased her something fierce, and she took it all well.  We ended up deciding to wait, and get one when we found something we liked and maybe it would be on sale.. nothing fancy, as we really do not use it very much.       WELL I FORGOT MY COFFEE.  I drink coffee and loose my coffee cup all day long, every day of the week.  Any time I holler "has anyone seen my coffee cup" , everyone one else yells back " did you look in the Microwave?.  That is where I usually leave it, cause I usually let my coffee get cold, and have to re-heat it.  I now officially MISS THE MICROWAVE.  :)
