| Beautiful! How were they to grow? I considered adding them to my garden this year, but they didn't make the final cut because it seemed like the mounding might get a little fussy. |

Poor John had to work late last night, he did not even get home till after 8pm. And then, he had to be to work by 5am this morning. That means we were up till about 10/11pm and up again by 3:45am... So, it is now 8 am and I am tired. I also noticed that I was getting a cold sore... yuck... I generally get them 1, when... ...see more

| I know Preying Mantis are "good bugs", but when they are full grown and one jumps on to you, it can be VERY scary! I hear they can bite... but fortunately, I have not given one the chance! :) :) |

Thank you Corona tools for being a YGS sponser! I told John when this contest started that I would really like to win some little garden tools... I had sadly gone "cheap" when I bought mine last year, and most had broken while I tried to use them. :( But, now, I am very, very happy... and excited to go do some weeding!... ...see more

We started this garden in 2010 and could not believe the harvest!!! We expanded in 2011 and now we are exhausted because the harvest was so much more. We are completely organic and feel that this is so helpful for our family. GMO foods are causing us (our family) many allergy problems and we are trying to get away from them completely. We harvest, freeze, can and dehydrate all our produce. So far we have done well and are continuing to try to have our produce last all year till the next harvest.
