I've always wondered how these taste! What process do you use?

I actually used a no-heat method of vinegar, tiny amounts of salt and sugar, garlic and peppercorns. I just shook the jar plenty, then added radishes. They are VERY vinegary, but the flavor of garlic and pepper is wonderful with the sweet-spicy radishes. Next time I would just reduce the vinegar or add a little water. They don't take long to pickle....only a few days.
