I know, they're so fun to look at! We blew the blue ones to decorate for Easter. Araucanas lay the blue-green. Not sure about the "lavender" ones, and we get brown ones with white speckles. A huge number are always double-yolk, too! We enjoy guessing which ones will be before cracking them open.
