It seems a squash blossom got fertilized, because I saw my first little yellow summer squash this morning! So tiny! Now lets hope the icicle radishes I planted around the base will keep away the SVBs.

FINALLY! I know I'm a bit late with these, but I finally planted out my started-from-seed tomatoes, cuckes, squash, and planted with them beans and radishes.

5 hours in the garden today. FINALLY got the raspberries and strawberries planted (only 3 weeks late!). Re-mixed and amended all the 5 gallon bucket mixes. Hilled up existing potatoes and planted more. Thinned table veggies. Threw out bad soil and transpl

Looking good based on the Glog photos from May 23.  Are the neighbors strolling more now that you have the full Monty going?  I would if I lived near you - you've made a inspired cultivation.  Can't wait to see what's coming up!

Salad greens are looking good! Everything has germinated and most have true leaves now. Radishes took off, and carrots are doing MUCH better than last year.

All my cucumbers germinated by the end of April 13th (my birthday!) So far 1 zucchini and 1 squash haver germinated. Still waiting on signs of life from the others...

Set out potatoes in grow bags last week on April 4th. Had to set out motion-activated sprinkler so squirrels wont dig them up. Now it's a waiting game...

I wanted to set out one of those for deer when we lived in NC. I'd love to see the squirrels meet the sprinkler for the first time!!!
