I am not one to use a travel service, but I did for the first time and was extremely pleased with the result.  One such gem from the trip was the Boquete Garden Inn (Boquete, Panama).  As I was with social garden appreciators, it was a perfect selection.  My pictures here do not do it justice as the colors were even more vibrant, and there were too many birds to count.  These little creatures do begin chirping as the sun appears so rising early is a side effect.  The consolation is some pre-breakfast time in the garden to read and write - or rest up in a hammock while Skyping with those across the world (the free wifi is strong!).  At 8am the cute dining area opens up for breakfast - a nice way for guests to come together and chat about each others' plans for the day ahead (oh and they will even pack a complimentary to-go breakfast if you will be leaving before breakfast hours).  I failed to mention earlier that the hosts of the inn provide a social hour each evening for guests to mingle and exchange ideas on exploring the Boquete area.  I highly recommend staying there - nice people!
