Planted blueberries and strawberries. They're in the greenhouse for now until some of this snow goes away.

@JJS: Yes, good to have some Cle Elum gardeners on this site! I'm just off Markovich. We still have a foot of snow in the front yard, so I'm anxious to get my seeds started. Thank goodness for the greenhouse! I think I know where your place is. I'll have to stop by sometime. Good to know the big dog is all talk. :)

@LightGreenThumb...:  Hey, how is the wind in Cle Elum?  I am in Toppenish, just past Yakima.  I was admiring your green house, but wonder if it could hold up in strong winds??  I / we have decided we will be getting a green house next spring, but we are researching all types before we make a decision.  Sure hope your snow gets done & gone, so you can get your garden going.  It must be tough at your elevation.  The green house must be a great help.

@JMTKMS: Hi. This greenhouse comes with tie downs that you stake into the ground, so it can withstand a lot of wind. I don't get much wind on my property because we have a lot of tall trees around, which also means a lot of shaded areas. It would be much harder to garden at my elevation without a greenhouse, so I definitely need one. I might even get another one next year! I chose the tent-like greenhouse over a paneled greenhouse (with glass or similar) because with all the trees around, this one can withstand a falling branch much better. The material it's made of is quite strong. Good luck with the greenhouse hunt! :)

@LightGreenThumb...:  Thank you.  I hope your greenhouse does not have to withstand a tree branch, but good thinking on your part.
