My problem is that the stupid things just think they buried nuts all over the yard - they make a huge mess of our yard and gardens trying to remember where they actually did bury their nuts.

Our tornado sirens were going off this afternoon (just a drill - it's severe weather awareness week or something like that) -  only ours were going off in the middle of a snowstorm - talk about strange!   82 degrees sounds heavenly!

I have been watching all morning for the Mallard Ducks. It stopped raining so I checked the pond and then decided to go outside to plant some carrot seeds. How fun. My daughter wants a mallard duck, so bad. She bought two of them, at different times, and they both died of some kind of duck virus. So sad. She decided to give it up for this year, but hopes ... more »

Yes they are a bit larger and the white is much heavier. I use them in baking, just as I would a chicken egg and so far all works just fine, but I imagine there are some recipes that the larger size could... more »
