This week has been mostly chilly and wet....low to mid 50's and gray ;(  Next week is looking good.....have plans to get most of the remainder of the cooler veggies in and will plant the toms & peppers etc on mother's day, the 13th.....hope I'm not jumping the gun.  Planning to keep them covered a couple of weeksThe snapdragon starts I planted in the driveway are doing fine......will get the zinnias in next week.  Nothing happening with the nasturtium seeds in the front buckets, but the petunias are fine.  Need to buy artichoke plants...going to plant one out front

Wow, you are off to a busy week.  My daughter lives in Spokane and the weather has been bringing her down. She has great gardening... for next week also.  I have nasturtium... in , and I am still waiting on them.  I wish they would sprout to let me know they are okay.  They were seeds from last year that I forgot to plant.  I have artichokes sprouting, they are volunteers from my last years plant that went to seed... the aphids got it, so I let it bloom, and boy was I glad since I had never seen a bloom before.  Well, best of luck on your weather!  :)
