Scatter-seeding our 'Danver's 126' and 'Carnival Blend' Carrots with 'Monstrueux De Viroflay' Spinach and 'Tom Thumb' Butterhead Lettuce went extremely well in our new raised beds. I came behind with garlic cloves around the outside mid-fall and feel like this was one of the most successful raised bed combos so far. We had a few weeks of spinach off a giant leafed plant, a small harvest of buttery lettuce heads, and months and months of delicious carrots.
