Gosh, how beautiful.  Everything looks so perfect, beautiful color and great form... well except the form of that giant yellow tomato... but he is pretty! :) :)

This was a good one to use up a few extra summer squash...we liked the end result...which is always a plus. Nice blending of flavors. Recipe will be posted in the forum.

Well, It is a BLT, not a BBLT (bread, bacon, lettuce, tomato) so I guess it is just right. :)  I would really have a hard time giving up bread, but a lettuce, bacon and tomato sandwich does sound refr... more »

We all grow so much...eat, can, freeze...when the harvest is pouring in, take a basket of fresh veggies to your local senior center or council on aging. Seniors love this! Especially those on a budget.

it is a great idea. we always plant.. way more than we can use. can/ freeze and dehydrate just for that reason. we share with neighbors.. family. retired (elderly) etc.it makes all the work worth it :>)

Right now we have a tornado watch, a severe thunderstorm warning,and  a flash flood warning. The rain is coming down harder than I could ever wish. I was just on the highway. You know you have been in a drought when everyone is driving in rain like they usually drive in snow. White knuckle...I can't see....go 40 kind of driving.... ...see more
