I started more seeds for bachelor buttons, cosmos, centranthus ruber, and snapdragons for my beneficial insect border. I also started more seed for  spicy mix micro-greens for my indoor salad garden. I planted the onions that have sprouted in the kitchen and put them in the greenhouse. I will eat the greens like scallions for the rest of the winter and I will let the red torpedo onion go to seed for next years crops.
