Our harvest of Swiss Chard from the Gallucci Learning Garden

Quotes
We harvested an amazing amount of chard at the Gallucci Learning Garden last night. The Interns were busy weeding and harvesting in the rain for 2 hours. These are four full sized garbage bags full of Swiss Chard! I will take them to the food bank tomorrow. It's over 80 lbs of chard!!! :) All of it was overwintered, so we are off to a good start! :)

@Liz: I could not believe how much chard we harvested! The food bank is really happy to have greens like these right now, too. :)

@Queen_of_Green:  That is so wonderful!

@Clenram: Based on that harvest, I can't wait to see how much we can grow in the small space when it is fully planted! :) This will be a fun experiment/study! :)
