The thermometer in the lid is very handy!

Bring on the grilled pizza! :)

@SweetDomesticity...: I made one last night... The crust was crisp and it was delicious! I'll be doing that a lot I suspect! Especially as I harvest lots of fresh veggies. Yum! :)

@Queen_of_Green:  How odd, I never thought of pizza on a grill, or bread for that matter.  Very interesting... would love to see some pictures of it in use... and the finished product...  sounds so yummy.  :)

@JMTKMS: I'll do that! The pizza was really good! I''ll make another one and take pictures this time! :)

@Queen_of_Green:  I will be waiting...  hey, did you say this is a smoker too?
Queen_of_Green replied 11 months ago
@JMTKMS: Yes... It is a smoker, too! :) I'll try slow smoking something on my days off this week. Maybe tomorrow, if I don't stay at the community garden too late! :)

@Queen_of_Green:  Wow, that grill is getting more and more appealing every day.  I would like to dabble in smoking things.  How fun.

@JMTKMS: I think I might buy a salmon after payday and smoke it on the Traeger The possibilities are endless. I guess you can even bake cookies on it! I might have to see how it does with Apple Crisp during the season and put it to the test! :)

@Queen_of_Green:  I am really overwhelmed with its abilities.. and for my dad to be impressed it really takes alot.  I will be looking forward to all your reviews of its capabilities and how you like them.  Thanks for sharing.  :)

@JMTKMS: It's pretty impressive so far! I grilled more corn and a pork steak using mesquite pellets for dinner tonight, and it was moist and tender and extremely tasty! I am going to have to learn to make more kinds of rubs for grilling all kinds of things! I do love the Chipotle Lime Rub I make very often, I don't want it on everything! Lol! :)

@Queen_of_Green:  Sounds like you are on a cooking adventure, and it seems like a good thing to do during the harvest.  Have fun... :)

@JMTKMS: LOL! I guess I am always on a cooking adventure! Harvest time is a great time to do it though! I will have fun indeed! :)
