What surprises you'll find under the leaves. I'm adding starting up the leaf shredder to my to-do list.

At least it was not a rattle snake...or here we have copper heads....

@Clenram:I killed a copperhead in the garden last year right where the peas are planted this year. That's why I hesitated to use leaves as pathway mulch.
