I've been looking at this recipe since 1976 and finally decided I was going to try it this year. If you are a fan of lemon-ginger than I think you'd like it. I'm thinking it would go nice with some scones or zucchini muffins

Ok ...I think that is strange.  But looks like I finally have a bunch of squash..but not zucchini!
