I cooked up a 3 gallon batch of verde to can. The sad thing is I'll probably can at least another half batch lol

I have nearly a bushel of cucumbers.  Many are too big to pickle!

Grind them up and make pickle relish,mustard hot dog relish and my neighbor makes chow chow
