Will you use it all for seed, or save some for cooking?

@SweetDomesticity...: I have three plantings so I'll save these to cook with and wait till the last planting gives out for seed. I picked my English pea seed this morning for next year and there was three or four plants, still green, still flowering and putting on peas. Sturdy things for sure.

@SweetDomesticity...: Do you eat Indian food? I only know a couple of recipes but my daughter loves it all.

@RoriTx: I do, but I haven't had much experience cooking it.  I made an eggplant curry that was good a couple of years ago, but since my husband doesn't enjoy it as much, I don't find many excuses to experiment in the kitchen and just get my fix when I eat out with friends.

Cilantro seeds...are coriander seeds ...they are used a lot in gumbo and what else Rori?  I took mine and put them back in the soil to get more cilantro.

@Clenram: I don't use it too much. My daughter likes Chicken Tikka Masala and Masala Rice. I make fresh grilled naan bread when we eat Indian and you can toast the seeds in a skillet and put them together with comino into the dough before you grill it.
