Awesome! How do they taste?

@SweetDomesticity...: To be honest the first one last week was a little bit mealy. The next one we tried  was one of the ones I broiled with the cheese. It was very good that way,no mealiness and very sweet so the first one may have been not ripe enough. I'm going to set these on the counter until they ripen fully and the flavor develops so the jury is still out.

I had some Black Krim seed last year or the year before but they didn't do well (or most likely I murdered them before I got them to the garden).  These are certainly interesting looking ... I will have to try again.

@vanna516: they put on so many blooms so close together I think that several little tomatoes grow together to form the one big giant tomato.

I think they are very beautiful, but I also like the weird and unusual.

I was so scared to eat the Black Krim when I first grew it. It really did some weird stu... in the garden. But once I tasted it I thought Oh Yeah! It is one of my favorites n.... So great in a caprese.

@franksgreengirl...:I love ensalta caprese made from the garden but I tend to like to slightly melt the cheese just ling enough to make it soft. I used one of the Black Krims last week when I made it and left it too long but the slight cooking made that tomato super sweet. I also made some fresh salsa later on in the week and my daughter-in law thought I had put a pinch of sugar in it they had such a good flavor.
