Do you pressure can as well as hot water bath?  I really want to start Pressure canning, but really have a fear of it.
Your pantry shelves are great, they are so deep.  I wish mine were like that.

@JMTKMS:  I do pressure can.  I you get a new canner, it's not scary at all!  Take the plunge!
