@Clenram: Absolutely!  I made two batches this weekend, and will start freezing some this week as well!  My husband is happy as can be :)

@SweetDomesticity...: Nice...I have so many types of Basil and we don't use it as much as we should.

@Clenram: I freeze a lot of my extra basil by chopping it in the food processor and add a little olive oil.  I put it in ice cube trays and freeze it, then I can just pop a cube or two in whatever I'm cooking.  It's easy and it works great!

@JMTKMS: Thanks! So far, just a few batches of pesto and the rest we have been just eating fresh - but with things picking up, there will be lots to share in the coming weeks!
