Wow, what a beautiful and tasty looking harvest. I'm getting the chance to visit Minnesota mid August this year. With our crops and landscapes in Texas browning from hot temps and spotty rain, I'm anxiously awaiting plush green sites again! I've heard tales from my cousins of the beautiful gardens up there. We're visiting their family in Mankato, MN. Anywhere near you?
Thank you! Mankato is about an hour and a half south west of where I am (south east twin cities area); I grew up about half-way in between here and there, so I know the area well! It should be very green for you in August. Even with our drier weather this summer, the humidity definitely keeps things green! And, you'll be just in time for peak garden harvest!
