frankly, I believe zucchini makes chocolate better!!  perhaps that's because I'm more of a veggie girl than a chocolate girl...but, either way...I would chow down on these!  looks great!

@veebee:  I have heard that they are great together... now I guess I will try it and find out.  These really look delicious!  Certainly a "must try"!  :) :)

@veebee: I agree with you 110 percent!!  The chocolate zucchini combo is hard to beat :)

@JMTKMS: They were a big hit with our family and friends this weekend!  No one could tell that there was zucchini in them :)

@SweetDomesticity...:  I will be excited to try them!  My daughter ... coming today, and she likes to find ways to get her husband to eat zucchini...  He hates it, but she feeds it to him anyway!  :) :)

@JMTKMS: You can only tell it's in there if you examine them really closely - if you peeled the zucchini, you probably wouldn't even be able to tell at all.  And the frosting will seal the deal :)

@SweetDomesticity...:  Thats for sure!  We fed him zucchini pie, and he asked for about 3 more servings...then we told him it was zucchini.  Now he wont eat it.  He says he knew that something was wrong with it...  We just laugh at him. :) :) :)

@JMTKMS: It's funny how much some people can think themselves out of or into something, isn't it?
JMTKMS replied 10 months ago
@SweetDomesticity...:  It really is.  The mind is a powerful thing.... but, being right also adds to the mixture...  :) :)

@PrinceSnow: I won't judge; I had one of these brownies for breakfast yesterday and today :)
SweetDomesticity replied 10 months ago
@gailsgarden: Amen to that! :)

@SweetDomesticity...:Pizza for breakfast every now and again too!
SweetDomesticity replied 10 months ago
@PrinceSnow: Guilty of that as well! :)

They look nice and moist. I love that about adding fruit and/or veg to baking.
PrinceSnow replied 10 months ago
@gailsgarden:Somehow I think this could make a nice breakfast too!!!
SweetDomesticity replied 10 months ago
@gailsgarden: They are incredibly moist.  If you under-bake them just ever so slightly, you get a really decadent fudgey brownie.  I increased the amount of zucchini by a full extra cup (I do the same with my zucchini bread and chocolate zucchini cake recipes) - I think it really makes a difference!
SweetDomesticity replied 10 months ago
@PrinceSnow: It certainly does make an awesome breakfast :)

They do look moist and tasty. I would of never thought about that combination. I'm always learning new food combos on this site. Thanks for sharing.

@Sophora: You're welcome!  They were really wonderful - you can't really tell that the zucchini is in there, unless you inspect it really closely - and that's only because I leave the skin on the zucchini.  The zucchini makes these incredibly moist!
