OMG- finally a few days of 80 degree weather. You should see what has happened to the tomatoes and Okra. I have a gastronomic orgy just waiting to happen!

That sounds great.  We have several days of over 100 degrees predicted next week.  I can't wait to see your green pictures!

Hello,  I am Jackie.  The Dirt Mama is one of my humans.

I do not dig in the garden. I despise rabbits and one day I will catch one.

You can follow me on Twitter @JackieFurReal, but be warned, I curse like sailor- all rat terriors do.

I have no idea what is in the air right now, but it smells the same for 30 miles.  From my home in Woodstock all the way to the heart of Atlanta, there is this totally fabulous smell.  Just makes you want to take long, deep breaths.  this is the best spring that I can remember for years!

I am really enjoying it!  Thanks...

I may have to go with the chicken wire.  Getting cats may require getting a new husband and I am not ready to trade him in yet, especially as he likes to dig in the garden with me!
