I removed the solar dome top from the flat of Romanesco Broccoli with the 2 peony poppy varieties. They have grown too much for it to stay on. The second flat which contains half of my paste tomatoes & half herbs, is resting on a seed heating pad. No germination signs as of yet. But of course just to check on it, I have had to resort to a thumping of the clear solar dome to clear the water droplets from view. The Thai red roselle is going good. I had begun them in water bottles saved from our recycle bin.
I REALLY need to get my grow light frame made up but the drop in temps has made my woodshop less appealing. I keep eyeing the fat blanket folded on the couch with visions of snuggling under. NOT a very good motivator moment...
Tonight I begin the soaking of my Sweet Pea flowers seeds, which I ordered from Owls sweet peas in England. I did not think it possible, but this year may have me conquering half the dining room. I yi yi.
